Tuna Bake

• 1 small tin tuna
• 1 small tub of cottage cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 onion finely chopped
• Salt and pepper
• Pinch of curry powder

Sieve the cottage cheese into a bowl.

Add the other ingredients and mix well.

Place in a greased ovenproof dish.

Bake on medium high for 25 – 30 minutes, until golden and set.

Serve with crusty bread.

Serves 2.
